These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of tandem.inc and services provided by Tandem Intelligence, Inc. (“Tandem”). By using the site or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Tandem

You may use Tandem only for lawful purposes and in accordance with any order form, services agreement, or other written agreement with Tandem. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or violate another person’s rights.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you provide. You give Tandem permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the services, subject to any applicable written agreement.

3. Tandem Materials

Tandem and its licensors own the service, software, branding, and related materials. Except for the limited right to use the service, no rights are transferred to you.

4. Availability and Disclaimers

We may update or change the service. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tandem is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Any additional limits in an order form or services agreement apply.

6. Ending Use

Tandem may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risks, or material breach. You may stop using the service at any time.

7. Other Agreements and Updates

If these Terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls. We may update these Terms and will post the revised date here.
